Dear members,
The management committee have agreed to hold this year’s AGM on Wednesday 6 July 2022 starting at 7.30pm.
There are several management committee positions that require either ratification of the current co-opted member or an application from any other member wishing to take on the role.
Application forms will be available from the club on the evening of Thursday 16 June 2022. All applicants must have a proposer and a seconder. All 3 must be current members of the club, the applicant themselves must have been a member for a minimum of 12 months.
The positions that need to be filled are:
- President
- Chairman
- Vice Chairman
- Honorary Secretary
- Rugby/Disciplinary Secretary
- Club Manager
- Treasurer
It will also be necessary to approve the appointments of 3 new Trustees
